Defective Product Return

As a standard, quality control is performed before your order is packed and delivered to the cargo. However, if there is any defect caused by the product, you can return the product within 6 (six) months from the date of receipt.

What should I do if my order is missing from the cargo?

After checking your order, sign it and receive it. If there is a confusion or deficiency in your cargo, you should return the cargo without receiving it, by keeping a report with the cargo officer before receiving it.
